Recently we have been working on a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension near Oxford. The scheme will add a guest suite, master bedroom with en-suite, enlarge the kitchen-diner and add a utility with WC.

Today (13th March) we spent travelling too and from a little village in Lincolnshire near Sleaford, and carrying out a measured survey of a four bed detached property. This is being purchased by our client who will transform it to a care home for children with special educational and care needs.

Today we submitted a planning application for a part two storey, part single storey rear extension, together with internal alterations. This will provide a much larger kitchen/diner, sitting space and down stairs WC, as well as enlarging the first floor family bathroom.
